Protected

“The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”

This morning is crisp and cool, the trees surroundiing my view, standing like guards at attention, have shed most of their leaves giving view to stars shining just above the horizon...surrounded by a quiet peace...protected.  

The terms of defense in this Psalm are strong reminders that God is our strength.  There are times that you may wonder if the battles will ever end!! If so, let these words encourage you, God is your strength and you are protected by His shield!
