Exercise
The benefits of physical activity are proven. We know we need to get moving and feel better when we do so. Even the promises of less stiffness, more flexibilty and strength, weight loss or weight maintaining fail to keep us motivated. We know we should but ... (you know your reasons). These physical bodies are only good for this world., These are the only bodies we get, so caring for the physical temple is important. Spiritual exercise is important, as well. We ned to fill up the spirit with times soaking in God's presence in His word, in worship, and in action. The spiritual exercise benefits you now and later! Eternal benefits lasting forever. Now that's a reason to exercise!
